Pay Scale For APSC Recruitment 2020

• Functional Manager/Project Manager/Deputy Manager : Rs.30,000/- to 1,10,000/- ;PB-4 Grade pay of Rs.14,500/-

Eligibility Criteria For APSC job

Educational Qualification

• Functional Manager/Project Manager/Deputy Manager : A candidate must have at least a Bachelors Degree in any branch of Engineering or in Arts or Science or commerce of a University or any other institution in India or abroad, recognized by the Government for thepurpose with minimum of 2nd class honours (Major) in any Specific Subject or distinction in degree course.
• Assistant Director : A candidate must have at least a Bachelors Degree in any branch of Engineering or in Arts or Science or commerce of a University or any other institution in India or abroad, recognized by the Government for thepurpose with minimum of 2nd class honours (Major) in any Specific Subject or distinction in degree course.
• Assistant Engineer :
  • Bachelors Degree in (Civil/Mechanical) Engineering from a Govt. recognized University/institute approved by the AICTE.
  • The Bachelors Degree in Engineering must be a Regular Course. Bachelors Degree in Engineering obtained through Distance Mode of Education, by whatever name called, will not be accepted.

• Junior Engineer : 3 years Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Civil/Electrical) from a Govt. recognized Institute approved by AICTE.

Experience

• Functional Manager/Project Manager/Deputy Manager : A candidate must hold responsible and Senior Position in the Government Department/Govt. under taking, at least for 8 years out of which 5 year must have been in the rank not below Assistant Director of Industries.

• Functional Manager/Project Manager/Deputy Manager : A candidate must hold responsible and Senior Position in the Government Department/Govt. under taking, at least for 4 years in the rank of Superintendent of Industries or its equivalent post.

Educational Qualifications : The Candidate must be Graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce. Candidates
possessing Bachelor Degree in Law practicing advocate with minimum 5 years of
experience will be given preference.

Pay Scale : Rs.30,000/- to Rs.1,10,000/- Grade Pay of Rs.14,000/-P.M. in Pay Band -4 and other admissible allowances.

Age Limit : The candidate should not be less than 35 years and more than 43 (Forty three)

2.LIBRARIAN

Age Limit : The candidate should not be less than 25 years and upto 41 years
for OBC and 43 years for ST(P) & ST(H) at the time of application irrespective of fresh or candidates applying through proper channel.

8.Assistant Librarian

Candidates shall be required to send the duly filled in Application in Standard Form(Scroll Down to Go Important Link Section for Download Standard Form) as published in Part-IX of the Assam Gazette with self attested photo copies of all Testimonials with the requisite documents as indicated below.

• Age proof certificate (Birth Certificate/Admit Card of H.S.L.C or equivalent examination) and 2 (two) copies of recent passport Size color photographs.
• Certificate/Marksheet of minimum qualification required for the concerned post.
• Employment Exchange Registration Card/Certificate.
• A self addressed envelope (size 22x10cm) affixing postal stamp of Rs. 5/-only shall be submitted.
• Candidates will have to super scribe the name of the post applied for on the top of the sealed envelope carrying the application form and should be addressed To The Principal Secretary, Assam Legislative Assembly, Dispur, Guwahati-781006.
• Candidates who are in Government service may also apply through proper channel producing an NOC from the Head of the Institution.
• Caste Certificate issued by competent authority must be enclosed in case of reserved categories candidates
• Application Fee is not required for the above mentioned posts due to COVID-19 pandemic in the country.
